It’s Thanksgiving week! It sure did sneak up on me. I haven’t even begun to think about what our menu will be. I guess I will be doing our traditional meal except with a vegan twist. I will be working on side dish recipes and posting them this week. For now, here is what this weeks menu looks...

This week I decided I needed to add an event column at the bottom of my menu. That way I know at a glance what we have going on that day. It should help me to remember why I am using the crockpot that day ( super busy day planned) and help remind me to prepare some things for future meals ahead of time....

I hope you all had a fun Halloween. It has finally started to quiet down here, the kids are coming off their sugar high and the trick-or-treaters have all finally called it a night. After all the treats from tonight and the last couple of weeks of non-vegan eating we are all feeling a little sluggish....
