Week of Nov. 23 Vegan Menu

I guess I will be doing our traditional meal except with a vegan twist. I will be working on side dish recipes and posting them this week. For now, here is what this weeks menu looks like:

I am totally not a vegan, but your menu really does look delicious! I’m pretty sure I could happily eat vegetarian. Not sure I could handle no cheese, though!
