Hi relax Thomas Cook is a top company I have and still travel and fly with them, on arrival at your airport go to the Thomas Cook help desk and show your invoice should have a booking reference similar to(atncgd random letters) they will then reprint your tickets for you It may cost you £5 each ticket TOD (ticket on departure) as for your hotel room it is secure and booked in your name, so relax enjoy your holiday,and don’t forget the sun cream,don’t forget holidays are stressful and if your partner is wound up before you go give him something to relax him I’m sure you know best
