Ok. Your menu looks a little better than mine. I didn’t see PB&J. I think it appears about four times on my menu–each week!And the word “leftover” appears more often on mine too. On a recent leftover night, James said “This again?”. haha But, I would like to have your enchilada casserole recipe. We love enchiladas, tacos, and burritos in this house.
haha! I try to rotate my stuff a lot so there IS PB&J sometimes…I will get the enchilada recipe posted asap!
Can you just make enough for 5 more people per night and we will be there at 5. HAHA! If only I could plan a week in advance and have the ingredients on hand from one trip to the store. I make daily trips and have the most boring menu. Please share your easy recipes. Thanks! and you make me look bad. Hope Rob doesn’t see this.
