Any of you who have 3 or more children will relate to this..
Are those all your children?
How do you stay organized? How do you do it all? I don’t know how you do it. Oh, I couldn’t do it. You must be crazy. And my personal favorite: Do you know what causes that?
I hear it all the time. At first I really didn’t know how to respond. I would just shrug my shoulders and think to myself. Whats the big deal? Its really kind of fun. Now that I look back I see that I was not relying on God as I should have. And I missed So many opportunities to witness to so many moms!
Then # 5 came along, a whole new world let me tell you. Less fun, more work. During the first few weeks I kept thinking “why did I think I could handle this?” (big lightbulb) God will not give us more than we can handle! I decided to let go and completely rely on God. It is amazing the transformation and peace I have been given. There is no way I will ever be the perfect mom that I would love to be. I can only do the best I can. And I know that God will give my children the things that I cannot.
My prayer life has even gotten better. Please God, don’t let me scream out loud…Please God, let this stain come out..help me figure out what to do with this child!, please give me the patience I need..AND please keep us from getting lice (thank you Lord for answering THAT one).
And now I just say,” only by the grace of God, He is so good and he helps me through it all.”

Thank you God for the blessings and the trials in my life.

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Col. 3:15
